Dominick Spigarelli

Dominick Spigarelli has spent his whole career working for the Delaware County Courts.  Dominick has been described by his peers as tough but fair. In his casework his goal is always justice and accountability but has also aimed to help juvenile offenders turn their lives around and get access to the resources or treatment they need in order to do so.
