 Frank Zarrilli has 34 years of daily court room experience serving our county's most vulnerable residents as a public defender. Throughout his life, Frank has volunteered his time and talents for his community and our county. Whether serving on Upper Darby School Board for 2 decades or 20 years mentoring our next generation of leaders with the Boy Scouts of America, Frank Zarrilli never turns down an opportunity to help.
