Represent the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Criminal proceedings in Criminal Trial Division, Juvenile Crimes Division and District Courts, including time as a team-leader. Nine (9) years in the office’s drug unit. 

Duties included: 

• preliminary hearings & trials
• bail hearings
• reviewing and approving complaint and search warrants,
• various court filings

Deputy District Attorney (Juvenile Division approx 18 years)

• Twenty-four (24) hour on call to answer all questions involving juveniles including charging, detention, and direct file of juveniles. 
• Supervised, coordinated, and oversaw all juvenile diversionary programs for the Commonwealth including, Youth Aid Panel, Youth Courts, and the Juvenile Mental Health Treatment Court.
• Juvenile expungement project

•  All cases of use of deadly force by law enforcement personal, including use of force by correctional officers at Delaware County Prison
• Complaints filed against elected officials
•  Department of Public Assistance criminal filings

• Delaware County Grand Jury filings

• Prepare and file applications and/or petitions in the Court
